- F1On November 11, 2016, the Issuer and the Reporting Person agreed to rescind 200,000 of the shares subject to the option to purchase 500,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock that was granted to the Reporting Person on August 12, 2016.
- F21/4 of the 300,000 shares remaining subject to the option shall vest on August 12, 2017 and 1/48 of the original number of shares subject to the option shall vest following each one month period of service after August 12, 2017, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through each such vesting date.
