Privacy

Form4 has no accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter and no ads. There is no form on this site that asks who you are, so the site collects nothing that identifies you by name. What follows is the rest of the truth: the few things that do get recorded, and who else sees them.

What your browser stores

The search box keeps your last five searched companies and insiders in your browser’s local storage, so they reappear as shortcuts. That list stays on your device and is never sent to the server. Clearing your browser data deletes it.

Analytics

This site uses Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement — and replays those sessions so we can see which pages are confusing. It also collects your IP address, browser and device type, and sets its own cookies. Recordings can include what you type into the search box, since that is the only thing on the site you can type into.

Microsoft processes and retains that data under its own terms; see the Microsoft privacy statement. It is used to improve this site, and it is not sold.

Hosting and logs

Requests pass through Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, sees every request including your IP address, and may set its own cookies to filter bots and abuse. The server behind it may record ordinary request logs — IP address, URL, browser string — which are used for running and debugging the site and nothing else.

The filings themselves

Form4 republishes SEC Forms 3, 4 and 5, and those documents name real people: company officers, directors and large shareholders, along with what they traded. That information is public-domain United States government data, filed by the insider or their company and published by the SEC. This site does not add to it, and it cannot correct it — a filing is a legal record, so an error has to be fixed at the source by filing an amendment with the SEC. Your choices

You can block the analytics script with any content blocker, or use your browser’s private mode, and the site works normally either way. To ask what data relates to you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. Be aware that analytics data is not tied to a name, so identifying your own records may not be possible — and requests about the content of a filing belong at the SEC, not here.

Changes

If what this site collects changes, this page changes with it. Last updated 28 August 2026.
