Explanation of responses
- F1Represents an adjustment for dividends to the 11,976 Restricted Share Units awarded to the Reporting Person on December 16, 2015 as part of the share-based portion of his fee for service as a Director and Chairman of the Board through December 31, 2015, as provided in the Reporting Person's Award Agreement.

- F3Each Restricted Share Unit represents a contingent right to receive one common share of the Issuer.
