Explanation of responses
- F1Represents ordinary shares of STERIS plc ("New STERIS") acquired pursuant to New STERIS' acquisition of Synergy Health plc by commencing a "recommended offer" under English law (the "Merger"). At the effective time of the Merger, each ordinary share of Synergy Health plc was cancelled and converted into the right to receive 0.4308 New STERIS ordinary shares.
