- F1Represents a grant of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") in connection with Mr. Prober's appointment to the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee effective August 1, 2026. The number of shares reflects a pro rata portion of the standard annual committee retainer grant. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock upon settlement.
