- F2Pursuant to the Agreement, 5,000 units vested on February 3, 2017 and 5,000 units vest on February 3, 2018, subject to acceleration upon the Reporting Person's termination of service on the Issuer's board of directors under certain circumstances set forth in the Agreement or upon a change of control (as defined in the Issuer's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan) of the Issuer.
