- F1The amount shown represents dividend equivalents accrued on outstanding Class A Restricted Share Units granted to the Reporting Person. Each Class A Restricted Share Unit represents the contingent right to receive one of the Issuer's Class A Shares upon vesting. Of the Class A Restricted Share Units granted, 433 vest on August 9, 2017, 348 vest on January 1, 2018, 247 vest on August 9, 2018,and the remainder vest on August 9, 2019.
