Each Class A Restricted Share Unit represents the contingent right to receive one of the Issuer's Class A Shares upon vesting. Of the 533 Class A Restricted Share Units, 182 vest on August 9, 2017, 145 on January 1, 2018, 103 on August 9, 2018, and 103 on August 9, 2019.
