Remarks
On August 2, 2013, Ryusuke Konto, Chairman of Marubeni Aerospace Corporation, and Gentaro Toya, Assistant Advisor to the President at Marubeni Corporation, joined the board of directors of Aircastle Limited ("Aircastle"). Common shares of Aircastle are directly held by Marubeni Aviation Holding Cooperatief, U.A. and indirectly held by Marubeni Corporation and Marubeni Aviation Corporation as described in the Form 3 filed by the Reporting Persons July 12, 2013. As a result of the Reporting Persons' relationship to Mr. Konto and Mr. Toya, the Reporting Persons each may be deemed to be a "director by designation" for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
