Lewis is the controlling member of Osmium Partners, LLC, and Mr. Lewis may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by Osmium Capital, LP, Osmium Capital II, LP, Osmium Spartan, LP and Osmium Diamond, LP.
