Explanation of responses
- F1The weighted average sales price is reported as stock sales were aggregated for reporting purposes. The per share transaction price ranged from $36.51 to $37.18. The reporting person will provide, upon request from an appropriate party, the per share sales volume and prices.
- F2The option shall became exercisable with respect to 1/4th of the shares subject to the options on February 10, 2007 and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option when the Reporting Person completes each month of service thereafter.
