- F2On 2/22/17, those 28,100 units of Tel Offshore Trust (TELOZ) were transferred as an in-service distribution from the Albert Speisman as trustee, Speisman Law, LLC Retirement FBO Joyce E. Speisman account to Joyce E. Speisman's PCRA Roth Retirement Account. Joyce E. Speisman is the trustee, and the only trustee, of her PCRA Roth Retirement Account. Joyce E. Speisman is also the only one having a beneficial interest in her PCRA Roth Retirement Account.
