Explanation of responses
- F1This Form 4/A is being filed to correct an inaccuracy in the Form 4 filed on March 1, 2016, which indicated that 3,746 common shares deliverable upon vesting of restricted stock units held by the reporting person were withheld to cover taxes payable by the reporting person. No shares were withheld upon vesting of the restricted stock units due to the fact that the reporting person deferred receipt of the common stock underlying the restricted stock units into a deferral account under the Teleflex Incorporated Deferred Compensation Plan.
