Explanation of responses
- F1On January 22, 2016, the Reporting Person reported via Form 4 a 294,978 share reduction in Mr. Friedman's 2015 long-term equity award as certified by the Leucadia Compensation Committee. Those shares were forfeited as a result of net earnings attributable to Jefferies Group LLC falling below the performance target. This amendment reflects that an additional 18,044 shares were forfeited as a result of final net-earnings adjustments at Jefferies Group LLC.
