- F1Restricted Stock granted under the Company's 2010 Long-Term Incentive Plan. 1/2 of the shares vested immediately upon grant. 1/4 of the remaining shares vest each year beginning on the first anniversary date of the grant, subject to continued employment with the Company.
- F2Held by the Fundamental Global entities as of August 31, 2015. Due to his positions with Fundamental Global Investors, LLC and other Fundamental Global entities, Mr. Cerminara may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of the shares of Common Stock held by Fundamental Global.
