- F1Distribution of 2,000 shares from the Dominic A. Angelini Residuary Trust (the "Angelini Trust") to its beneficiaries in accordance with the terms of the Angelini Trust. The Reporting Person is a co-trustee of the Angelini Trust and shares voting and investment power with respect to shares held by the Angelini Trust. This distribution resulted in the Reporting Person's direct ownership of the Issuer's common stock increasing by 1,000 shares by virtue of being a beneficiary of the Angelini Trust.
