Explanation of responses
- F1Due to an administrative error by a third-party vendor, the number of shares forfeited to pay withholding taxes upon vesting of restricted stock units on February 26, 2016 was reported in the original Form 4 as 1,827 shares. However, this amount was overstated by one share, and the number of shares actually forfeited to pay withholding taxes upon vesting of this award was 1,826 shares and the number of shares held directly by the Reporting Person following this transaction was 29,278. All of the other transactions reported on the original Form 4 were reported correctly.
