- F1The Reporting Person is the managing member of the general partner of each of Engine Capital, L.P. and Engine Jet Capital, L.P., and a director of P. Engine LTD. Engine Jet Capital, L.P. made an in kind distribution of 83,237 shares to a limited partner. These entities now respectively own 71,063, 35,500, and 50,484 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership in such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
