- F1The total amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following the Reported Transaction reflects the forfeiture of certain restricted stock units that did not vest because the performance goals required to be met in order for such restricted stock units to vest were not met and pursuant to the terms of the grant were required to be forfeited.
- F2Pursuant to ESPP, the exercise price will be determined on December 31, 2015 and will be 85% of the lower of fair market value on either the first or last day of the calendar year 2015.
