Explanation of responses
- F1Disposition pursuant to merger agreement between Your Community Bankshares, Inc. ("YCB") and Wesbanco, Inc. ("WSBC"). In the merger, YCB shareholders received 0.964 WSBC common shares and $7.70 in cash for each outstanding YCB share.
