Explanation of responses
- F1These shares were acquired through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
- F2Disposition pursuant to merger agreement between Your Community Bankshares, Inc. ("YCB") and Wesbanco, Inc. ("WSBC"). In the merger, YCB shareholders received 0.964 WSBC common shares and $7.70 in cash for each outstanding YCB share.
- F3Each restricted stock unit represents a right to receive one share of Your Community Bankshares, Inc. common stock.
- F4The restricted stock units vested in full upon completion of the merger of YCB into Wesbanco.
