- F1The vesting criteria of one installment of a Warrant granted to the reporting person on March 20, 2013, was deemed met pursuant to approval of the Compensation Committee of the Issuer effective October 18, 2017, resulting in vesting of the Warrant as to 25,000 shares effective September 18, 2017. The vested shares shall expire three years after the vesting date.
