- F1On February 26, 2014, Balchem Corporation (the "Company") granted 577 restricted shares under the Company's Management Long Term Incentive Program. The stock was subject to a repurchase option in favor of the Company and to restrictions on transfer until it vested in accordance with the provisions of the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement on February 26, 2018. 283 of the 577 shares that vested February 26, 2018 were withheld to cover withholding taxes due upon vesting.
