Explanation of responses
- F1On April 28, 2015, the Company granted 54,000 restricted shares under the Company's Management Long Term Incentive Program. The stock was subject to a repurchase option in favor of the Issuer and to restrictions on transfer until 50% of the restricted shares vested in accordance with the provisions of the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreements on April 28, 2017. 13,924 of the 27,000 shares that vested April 28, 2017 were withheld to cover withholding taxes due upon vesting.
