- F2On July 29, 2016, the issuer declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock, payable September 23, 2016 to all shareholders of record on September 9, 2016 (the "Dividend"). In accordance with the terms of the Restricted Stock Agreements dated January 2, 2013, January 2, 2014, August 25, 2014, January 2, 2015 and January 4, 2016, 52, 57, 141, 169 and 209 additional shares of restricted stock were received by the reporting person in connection with the Dividend, respectively.
