- F2On February 5, 2016, the issuer declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock, payable March 25, 2016 to all shareholders of record on March 11, 2016 (the "Dividend"). In accordance with the terms of the Restricted Stock Agreements dated April 25, 2014 and April 24, 2015, 17 and 31 additional shares of restricted stock were received by the reporting person in connection with the Dividend, respectively.
