Explanation of responses
- F1The shares were transferred to Estate of Vaso Boreta in a private transaction. The consideration paid by the Estate for the shares was the transfer of promissory notes issued by the Issuer and certain other obligations involving the Estate. The value of the consideration has not been determined.
