Mr. Calahan is employed by StepStone Group Real Estate LP, the sole member and investment manager of StepStone REP III (GP), LLC, the general partner of SREP III Flight-Investco, L.P., the record holder of the shares. His employment terms provide that all director fees received by him, including the 53 shares reported on the Form 4, are for the sole benefit of SREP III Flight-Investco, L.P.
