- F1As previously disclosed in the Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership on Form 4 ("Form 4") filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 17, 2014, the reporting person acquired 5,000 shares of Callon Petroleum Company stock. The 5,000 shares were inadvertently omitted from two subsequent Form 4s filed on May 18, 2015 and August 26, 2015. The Form 4 filed on May 18, 2015 is amended by this Form 4 Amendment to correctly reflect the reporting person's ownership of Common Stock.
