Explanation of responses
- F1On April 4, 2017, the reporting person was granted 3,337 restricted shares of common stock pursuant to the 2013 Incentive Stock Plan of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation and in consideration of services rendered as a member of the Board of Directors in 2016. The shares shall vest on January 1, 2018.
