Explanation of responses
- F1Represents the forfeiture of 11,667 restricted stock units that were subject to performance-based vesting, granted to the Reporting Person on December 24, 2025 under the Issuer's 2025 Equity Incentive Plan, because one of the three performance measures for fiscal year 2026 was not achieved. Each restricted stock unit represented a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The forfeiture was for no consideration.
