Explanation of responses
- F1Represents dividend equivalent restricted share units acquired in connection with the Issuer's quarterly dividend and the restricted stock units issued on April 1, 2024, January 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026 and vest subject to continuing service of the Reporting Person through the vesting dates related to the underlying grants, and convert on a one-for-one basis into Common Shares upon vesting. Each restricted share unit represents a contingent right to receive one of the Issuer's Common Shares upon Vesting.
- F2These performance share units represent a contingent right to receive a cash payment from the Issuer in the first quarter of 2027 in an amount determined pursuant to the plan governing such units based on achievement of specified performance criteria over the applicable performance period and subject to continued service through the vesting date.
