Explanation of responses
- F1On February 28, 2018, 26,893 shares of Class A common stock and 537 shares of Class B common stock were transferred pursuant to an annuity payment from the Sidney Lapidus 2015 GRAT to the reporting person. The reporting person is the trustee and sole beneficiary of the GRAT, therefore the transaction did not result in a change in beneficial ownership.
