F1On October 8, 2015, 31,956 shares were transferred pursuant to an annuity payment from the Sidney Lapidus 2013 GRAT to the reporting person. On November 16, 2015, 18,734 shares were transferred pursuant to an annuity payment from the Sidney Lapidus 2014 GRAT to the reporting person. On December 2, 2015, 60,000 shares were transferred from the reporting person to the Sidney Lapidus 2015 GRAT. The reporting person is the trustee and sole beneficiary of the GRATs, therefore the transactions did not result in a change in beneficial ownership.
