Explanation of responses
- F1On November 4, 2014, 39,309 shares were transferred pursuant to an annuity payment from the Sidney Lapidus 2013 GRAT to the reporting person. On November 13, 2014, 42,700 shares were transferred from the reporting person to the Sidney Lapidus 2014 GRAT. The reporting person is the trustee and sole beneficiary of both of the GRATs, therefore the transaction did not result in a change in beneficial ownership.
