- F1On March 31, 2017, MMC Investments, LLC was issued 75,291 DownREIT limited partnership units by PPC Sage Apartments Manager II LLC, a consolidated subsidiary of Essex Portfolio, L.P., in a DownREIT transaction in which Essex Portfolio, L.P. converted its existing preferred equity investment in an apartment community located in San Jose, CA into common equity ownership interest in the property.
