- F1Pursuant to the terms of an amendment to the articles of incorporation filed with the Colorado Secretary of State on July 13, 2016, Cenveo, Inc. effected a reverse stock split at a ratio of 1-for-8, effective July 13, 2016. As a result, the pre-transaction shares of the Reporting Person have been converted from 247, 762 shares pre-split to 30,970 shares post-split.
