Explanation of responses
- F1On April 6, 2015, the Reporting Person was granted options to purchase 3,750 shares of Class A common stock under the Company's Amended and Restated 1994 Non-Employee Directors Stock Option Plan. These stock options vest the day following the grant.
- F2Represents the closing price of the Issuer's common stock on the date of the grant. Previously, the Issuer incorrectly reported the exercise price of such options as $0.79 per share in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 3, 2015 in connection with the appointment of the Reporting Person to the Issuer's Board of Directors. This Form 4 report hereby corrects the exercise price that was previously reported in such 8-K.
