*On August 8, 2018, the Company granted Mr. Berkowitz an option to purchase 5,000 shares of the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $8.10 per share, for his services as a Director and his service in certain committees of the Company during the prior twelve month period, pursuant to the Plan. The grant was exempt under Rule 16b-3. The option is fully vested and exercisable six months and one day after the grant.
