Remarks
On June 29, 2018, GPIC granted Mr. Henry an option to purchase 3,500 shares of GPIC common stock for his services as a Director and his service on certain committees of GPIC over the past twelve month period, pursuant to the 1994 Directors' Stock Option Plan. The grant was exempt under Rule 16b-3. The option is fully vested and exercisable six months and one day after grant. This Form 4/A is filed to correct the previous Form 4 which mistakenly identified the transaction date in Item 3 as June 29, 2017 instead of June 29, 2018.
