Aston Capital, LLC ("Aston") is the managing member of RVL and may be deemed to possess the power to vote and to direct the disposition of the securities of the Issuer beneficially owned by RVL and may be deemed to beneficially own such securities. Aston's interest in the securities reported herein is limited to the extent of its pecuniary interest, if any.
- F2Represents shares issued to Aston in exchange for cancellation of debt plus interest in the amount of $3,344,000 owed to Aston by the issuer pursuant to a promissory note dated June 30, 2018.
