- F1Table I of the reporting person's Form 3 filed on March 18, 2016 erroneously reported the grant of 603 restricted stock units that were not granted to the reporting person. This amendment to the Form 3 is being filed solely to reflect that on March 18, 2016, the reporting person beneficially owned no shares of FARO Technologies, Inc. common stock. The reporting person's Form 4 filed on March 7, 2017 also overstated the number of shares of common stock beneficially owned by the reporting person by 603 shares.
