Explanation of responses
- F1On June 2, 2016, the Board of Directors of Trans World Corporation granted Mr. Le five-year options to buy 60,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock. These options will vest in four equal parts, with the first portion of 15,000 to be vested on the date of grant, followed by annual vesting of 15,000 options upon reaching each anniversary date. The exercise price for all these options was set at $3.50, the closing market price on the date of grant, and will escalate by 4.0% on each anniversary of the grant date.
