Explanation of responses
- F1On November 13, 2014, the Board of Directors approved the grant of a special equity award of Restricted Stock of the Issuer to Mr. Kelly to be made on the first day of the Issuer's next generally open trading window, which opened on February 9, 2015 following the release of the Issuer's fourth quarter and full year earnings on February 3, 2015. These shares will vest in four equal annual installments beginning on February 9, 2016.
