- F1On January 30, 2018, Silver Maple (2001), Inc. ("Silver Maple 2001") contributed 1,501,942 shares of the issuer to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Silver Maple 2018, LLC ("Silver Maple 2018".
- F2Shares owned directly by Silver Maple 2018. Silver Maple 2018 is a member of a "group" with Mr. Chaim Katzman for purposes of Section 13(d) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"). Silver Maple 2018 is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Silver Maple 2001, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazit America Inc. ("Gazit America"), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazit-Globe Ltd. ("Gazit-Globe"). Mr. Katzman is a Director and the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Gazit-Globe and a non executive Vice Chairman of the issuer. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of the reporting person's pecuniary interest therein, if any, Silver Maple 2001, Gazit America and Gazit-Globe retain beneficiary ownership over such shares.

Remarks
