Explanation of responses
- F1The Compensation Committee and Mr. Laird agreed to cancel a previous restricted stock award of 6,000 shares, that had a grant date of 1/1/2015 and a vest date of 1/1/2020, and replace it with a new restricted stock award of 8,000 shares that cliff vests on 4/30/2025. This new award is intended to represent Mr. Laird's compensation as a director for his entire term on the board.
