- F2Stock options were granted on January 1, 2016 under the NVR, Inc. 2014 Equity Incentive Plan and are subject to the achievement of a performance metric based on the Company's return on capital performance during the three-year period from 2016 through 2018. Effective March 11, 2019, it was determined by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors that the Company had achieved the required return on capital performance metric for the three-year performance period. Vesting for these stock options is now solely contingent upon continued employment.
