Remarks
Mr. Smith is Executive Vice President, Chief Agencies Officer, Multiple Line. Mr. Smith previously was a Section 16 Reporting Officer of the Issuer. As reported in his exit Form 4 filed with the SEC on December 22, 2014, Mr. Smith ceased to be a Section 16 Reporting Officer effective December 12, 2014 pursuant to a determination by the Issuer's Board of Directors. The Issuer's Board of Directors again identified Mr. Smith as a Section 16 Reporting Officer on February 22, 2018.
