Explanation of responses
- F1The original Form 4 to which this amendment relates reported the settlement of 33 vested restricted stock units (the "RSUs"). The original Form 4 inadvertently omitted this line, which reflects the cash settlement of the RSUs based on the closing price of the Issuer's common stock on March 1, 2017. For reporting purposes, such cash settlement is treated as a simultaneous acquisition and disposition of the underlying common stock. The original Form 4 reported the acquisition of the underlying common stock, and this line reports the disposition of the underlying common stock.
