- F1Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Copart, Inc. common stock.
- F2Twenty percent of the Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) vest on the first anniversary of the grant date (August 16, 2027), and the balance vests cumulatively at a rate of 1/20 each three month quarter thereafter, such that 100% of the RSUs will vest on the fifth anniversary of the grant date.
